A universal rule is that everyone looks good in black mascara. Even on the fairest skin, it provides a dramatic frame for the eyes. For darker skinned women, it adds drama to fringe. When in doubt, know that a good, black mascara is always your best friend. I used to have platinum blonde bleached hair and the palest or pale skin. (I dyed it last thursday) And I had pretty thick hair and intese hazel eyes so to go with the intesity i liked mac fluidline in blacktrack on upper lashline and waterline and and black mascara. I don&8217;t really like brown mascara unless you&8217;re a natural redhead, my friend came to school one day with black mascara on and it looked so.. weird. Adding a mascara primer to your makeup routine can give you a fresh base to work off of and enhance the health of your lashes so they respond better to the mascara.
